Aloha Friday Recipe: Hawaiian Pineapple Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cupĀ macadmia nutsĀ - chopped
3 eggs - beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups mashed bananas - (about 5)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can crushed pineapple - (8 oz)– drained
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir in pecans. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8×4″ loaf pans.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
