Here’s this week’s questions.

Chicken soup. Regular or creamy?
Well regular but reduced sodium.  Soup is liquid salt.

Do you have a stew recipe?
Nope

What’s your favorite hot comfort food?
It’s a tie between meatloaf and mashed potatoes or Stouffers Mac and Cheese.  YUM!

Do you like chicken fried steak?
I’ve had it before and liked it but it’s nothing I’d order.

    You’re so right about the salt in soup. Soup is loaded with salt!

    Mac & Cheese is lovely.
    Some soup can be low sodium; you have to seek them out which can be a lot of effort.
