Here’s this week’s scenario on Four Foods on Friday.
What can YOU make with
- chicken
- bacon
- cheese
- tomatoes
2 cups of cooked white rice, stir in some extra sharp cheddar cheese and greek yogurt until saucy. Sprinkle some bacon in with the rice. (Use real bacon crumbles–FAR less fat/calories than strips). Cut chicken into strips, grill and add to rice. Serve and sprinkle with diced tomato as garnish.
